MRP Careers

MRP Careers is the recruitment and employer-branding platform for the MRP, focused on attracting and engaging early-career talent across South Africa through digital-first channels.

I partnered with PlusNarrative to design a set of illustrated WhatsApp stickers for a careers chatbot campaign. The chatbot guided users through a short question-and-answer flow, after which they were assigned a personality type aligned to potential roles within MRP.

Each sticker represented a distinct personality profile and was delivered directly within the WhatsApp conversation, acting as both feedback and engagement incentive. The illustrations needed to be expressive, friendly, and immediately readable at small sizes, while remaining consistent with MRP Careers’ visual tone.
